In order to support the upcoming product launch, we helped OnePlus improve their cart and checkout experiences to avoid significant financial losses.

After implementing e-commerce best practices into the shopping experience, we updated the cart and checkout flow to include a modern look to match their new website and added features like guest checkout, in-cart upselling, and product bundling to save time and increase sales.

Results

The company sold 86% more OnePlus 6Ts during the first day of sales than it did with the previous model on its first day of sales.

OnePlus increased global marketshare in the premium smartphone segment capturing 36% market share. 

The OnePlus 6T had a 249% increase in sales in the US compared to the OnePlus 6 which means our new experience was a smashing success!
