Building a 0→1 Digital Health Ecosystem
Healthcare relies on a complex ecosystem of patients, providers, clinical workflows, health data, and reimbursement systems. Chronic care requires continuous coordination across that ecosystem, but fragmented workflows make care difficult to deliver and scale.
I led 0→1 product strategy and experience design for a multi-platform healthcare ecosystem across iOS, Android, and web. I unified patient engagement, provider workflows, telemedicine, Remote Patient Monitoring, and clinical data integration to reduce administrative burden, create new monthly revenue per patient, and improve measurable clinical outcomes.
-
0→1 Healthcare Platform
Built an integrated healthcare platform across iOS, Android, and web, connecting patient care, provider communication, clinical workflows, and integrated products.
-
3,750 Patients At Launch
Launched with a clinical practice serving approximately 15,000 patients, including roughly 3,750 chronic-care patients eligible for continuous monitoring and support.
-
$120–$200 Recurring Revenue per Patient
Remote Patient Monitoring created an additional $120–$200 in recurring monthly revenue per patient, establishing a new reimbursable revenue stream that generated millions as the platform scaled.

Extending Care Beyond the Clinic
I connected telemedicine, Remote Patient Monitoring, EMR/EHR data, clinical decision-making, and reimbursement workflows into one digital ecosystem, enabling patients to receive continuous care outside the clinic while giving providers the tools to monitor, manage, and bill for that care.
-
5 Connected App Experience
Unified five experiences across iOS, Android, and web, connecting care delivery, communication, remote monitoring, and clinical data for patients and providers.
-
25% Fewer Hospital Admissions
Reduced hospital admissions by 25% and readmissions by as much as 76%, shifting chronic care from episodic office visits toward continuous monitoring and proactive intervention.
-
30–50% Less Nurse Time per Patient
Reduced hospital admissions by 25% and readmissions by as much as 76%, shifting chronic care from episodic office visits toward continuous monitoring and proactive intervention.
Simplifying Care Delivery
I mapped clinical workflows end to end to identify where fragmented systems, unnecessary steps, and communication gaps were creating friction for patients, providers, and administrators.
Those insights shaped the product strategy, helping prioritize the workflows and capabilities that could improve care while reducing administrative burden.

connected EcosystemContinuous Care
The best healthcare experiences continue after a patient leaves the office.
I connected patients and providers beyond the clinic through remote monitoring, health data, care plans, and communication tools that supported proactive chronic-care management.
-
Connected Patient Experience
Care plan management
Medication tracking and refills
HIPAA-compliant video and chat
Connected device data collection
-
Measurable Clinical Outcomes
25% fewer hospital admissions
Up to 76% fewer hospital readmissions
18% reduction in blood pressure
10% reduction in blood sugar
Workflow OptimizationTransforming Clinical Operations
Providers needed a single place to understand patient health, prioritize care, and take action. I unified patient data, Remote Patient Monitoring, EMR/EHR information, communication, and reimbursement workflows into a centralized clinical platform.
Role-based access, audit trails, and data governance reduced manual reporting and supported care-plan compliance, while integrated billing increased reimbursable engagement and connected care across remote, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
-
Increasing Clinical Capacity
30–50% less nurse time per patient
20–120 minutes saved per patient visit
Reduced manual clinical reporting
Increased clinical capacity for chronic care
-
Building a Scalable Revenue Model
$120–$200 recurring monthly revenue per patient
Millions in new revenue as the model scaled
Approximately $2.5M estimated annual hospital-cost avoidance
New reimbursable revenue through RPM
New TechnologyAI That Supports Better Care
AI reduced routine work so care teams could spend more time with patients.
AI reduced routine administrative and clinical work, giving nurses and administrators more time to focus on patient care. The system continuously analyzed patient data, vitals, medications, and conversations to identify patterns, flag potential conflicts, and escalate risks for human review.

Results
-
18% Lower Blood Pressure
Average blood pressure decreased by 18% and average blood sugar levels by 10%, alongside improved appointment efficiency, saving on average 20–120 minutes per visit, including travel and wait times.
-
30–50% Less Nurse Time per Patient
Connected clinical workflows reduced nurse time per patient by 30–50%, while hospital admissions fell 25% and readmissions by as much as 76%, contributing to estimated savings of $200–$1,200 per patient per year.
